The Tan Line is a trading name of FRESHLY BAKED LONDON LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 10689787. Registered office: Unit 17 Menta Business Centre, 5 Eastern Way, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, United Kingdom, IP32 7AB.

Find My Tan processes your fixed-choice consultation answers, including your natural skin depth and behaviour, desired tanning result, tanning experience, preferences, timing and budget. It does not ask for your name, an account, email address or an individual allergy declaration.

Your answers are held in your browser session while the journey is in progress and are sent to our server-side recommendation service to calculate your result. We do not currently use an application-level durable database to store consultation answers, and reloading the application does not restore your consultation.

We process these answers because you ask us to provide a personalised product recommendation. We rely on our legitimate interests in providing and improving the service you requested.

Lovable Visitor Analytics is enabled for basic site-usage measurement. It may provide measures such as visitors, page views, views per visit, visit duration, bounce rate, current visitors, source or referrer, pages viewed, device type and estimated country. We do not use it for a Find My Tan-to-SHOP IT custom funnel, advertising profiling or session replay.

Our hosting and platform providers may process normal connection, device and operational information needed to deliver and secure the service, measure basic use and diagnose errors. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Beta for this processing. You may object by contacting us. The current platform offers only a project-wide analytics switch, not a verified visitor-level opt-out control, so we have not displayed a consent control that would not stop collection.

The site loads Manrope and Instrument Serif from Google Fonts. When those font files are requested, Google may receive normal connection information such as your IP address and browser details. We use these fonts for the legitimate interest of presenting the service consistently.

There is no on-site contact form. If you contact us by email, Instagram or TikTok, we process the information you choose to provide so we can respond. We rely on our legitimate interests in handling enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps at your request.

Email and social platforms handle information under their own privacy terms. Please avoid sending information you do not need us to see.

The Tan Line links to external retailers and manufacturers. Their websites have their own privacy terms, and they receive information when you choose to visit them.

Some links are affiliate links. Amazon links include our Associates tracking identifier, which may allow Amazon to attribute a qualifying purchase to The Tan Line. Some retailer and manufacturer links are non-affiliate. Awin tracked links are not currently active. Affiliate arrangements never influence which product Find My Tan recommends.

Information may be processed by service providers that host, secure and support the site, provide basic visitor analytics, deliver Google Fonts, or provide the email or social service you choose to use. Retailers and manufacturers process information when you follow their links. We do not sell your consultation answers.

Consultation answers are not kept in an application-level durable database. Other operational or contact information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, including responding to enquiries, securing and operating the service, and meeting legal obligations.

Under UK data-protection law, you may have rights to ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to processing. These rights depend on the circumstances and may be subject to legal exceptions.
